Acid Reflux Bad Breath

I have REALLY bad breath! HELP!?
I think it's from acid reflux. I'm so embarassed to even ask this question! I want this problem to go away..for good...at least with as little effort as possible. I brush my teeth all the freaking time!
I do floss..alot...3 times a day!
You are missing the tongue because the bacteria on the top of the tongue produce most of our bad breath. Look on the top of your tongue for some "white stuff", especially in the back of the tongue. This stuff must be clean off on a regular basis to cure bad breath. Yes, it could be your teeth, it could be your stomach, it could be your food, etc. BUT, it is most probably your tongue. I use OraBrush tongue cleaner because it is designed to really clean your tongue. You can cover up bad breath with mints, gum, mouthwash, organic herbs, toothpaste, etc. But if you want to cure bad breath you must remove the cause of the bad breath.
Acid Reflux and Infants - a Parent’s Guide to Symptoms and Treatments
Spitting up or acid reflux and infants is a term that not many parents may know about but is something that is very common with doctors all around the world. Generally this condition will normally only occur with the first three of a child’s life and this is the case for more than fifty percent of all new born babies.
Although the majority of cases of acid reflux and infants bear the need for medicated treatments, a minority of babies will have something which is very often referred to as severe or chronic acid reflux and will continue into their childhood. With the most part, babies and infants will have grown out of the spitting up phase by the time they have reached a year old or eighteen months of age and these babies are commonly referred to as “happy spitters”
With regards to acid reflux and infants, there are a few symptoms that you need to keep an eye out for and these are the ones that are commonly associated with the condition in youngsters:
• Bad breath
• Bad sleeping patterns, waking frequently, poor quality of sleep
• Coughing that is persistent
• Hiccups that occur more often than is deemed to be natural
• Burps that sound wet or that bring up fluid
• Arching the back when feeding
• Crying for no reason or constantly crying
• Eating small amounts of food and occasionally not eating at all
• Being rather irritable when feeding, not concentrating on feeding
• Vomiting and spitting up
If you notice that your baby has these side effects it may be time to take them to a physician or another medical professional to have them checked out. Although some babies and particularly smaller ones will have irritability from time to time and also poor sleeping patterns, it is when the symptoms are combined with the others in the list above that a problem has arose.
There are some other symptoms which you may notice with acid reflux and infants and although these are less common, they are occasionally a sign of chronic or severe acid reflux which will need to be monitored and treated accordingly. The symptoms that normally associate themselves with this are:
• Having problems while swallowing food and swallowing in general
• Losing weight or having problems with weight gain
• Sore throats that are persistent and do not respond to medication
• Problems with the respiratory system such as asthma, wheezing, bronchitis etc
• Infections of the ears and sinuses
• Drooling that is persistent and excessive
• Hoarseness with regards to voice and cries
• Periods of poor breathing or stopping breathing
Although these symptoms may seem frightening for any parent, they are all associated with acid reflux and infants and can be easily maintained as long as medication is administered and the condition is monitored by a healthcare professional. Generally these symptoms will disappear by the time the child is walking and running around but it can continue into toddler age and even older.
