Acid reflux, what causes it and how do I fix it?
I have like a heart burn type deal like everyday, and my stomach is always a little unsettled. I assume that it's acid reflux, since I have been diagnosed with it before. However, I don't have insurance right now and won't for a little while. So, any home remedies besides taking tums?
i have acid reflux. . . and restrictin food's doesn't really help
