Your symptoms sound familiar. I use to have them as well until I started eating the right foods. You should see a doctor, especially since you've had some chest tightness.

What Are Acid Reflux Disease Symptoms?
Acid reflux disease or heart "burn" are common terms for what is also medically known as Gastro esophageal Reflux Disease or GERD. It is a condition in which the contents of your stomach and the acid meant to digest those contents instead washes back up into the esophagus. The sphincter that normally keeps the stomach closed off when you are not eating relaxes and allows these caustic fluids back into your esophagus and sometimes up into your throat. Besides these symptoms, what other Acid Reflux Disease symptoms are there?
Chest pain - A burning sensation begins behind your breast bone and can radiate to the entire chest area, and can hurt all the way to your backbone.
Soft Tissue Inflammation - The soft tissues of the throat can become reddened and inflamed.
Difficulty Swallowing - You may have difficulty in swallowing or having the feeling of a "lump" stuck in your throat due to the erosion in the esophagus.
Cough and Hoarseness - Acid Reflux Disease symptoms include a cough (caused by acid erosion) and hoarseness.
Increased Gas, Bloating - You may also experience increased gas in your stomach, as well as a sense of bloating, or feeling puffed up in the abdominal region.
Constipation, Diarrhea or IBS - When your stomach goes into over-production of acid this can also result in constipation intermixed with bouts of diarrhea and lead to Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
The main reason one can experience acid reflux is a dysfunction of the esophageal sphincter. This is the band that closes the stomach (located at the end of the esophagus and the top of the stomach) when you are not eating. With increased production of gastric acids, this tends to weaken. Contrarily after taking prescribed medicines to decrease production of stomach acids, the body gets the signal that there are not enough gastric acids and goes into over production, assaulting the esophageal sphincter in the process.
It has been a long held belief that foods heavily laced with acids will cause these problems, but what has been recently identified is that combining the wrong foods together can create the environment necessary for the stomach balance to be upset resulting in many acid reflux disease symptoms.
