Acid Reflux List Of Foods
Want to eat healthy but have bad acid reflux?
I want to eat healthier and improve my mental stability (I'm Bipolar). So I researched a list of "brain foods" that I think would work best for me. Most of them are listed on this site : http://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifehack/brain-food-eat-for-productivity.html
The trouble is, I'll need to eat mostly citrus fruits, nuts, milk (for cereal) and drink lots of water, all of which seriously aggravate my acid reflux (caused by Hiatal hernia). My insurance doesn't pay for my acid reflux medicine.
What can I do to eat better without killing my stomach and esophagus?
Please try this site instead: http://www.myfoodpyramid.gov. It will guide you to the balanced diet you really need and then talk to your physician about getting a statin drug for your acid reflux. That really shouldn't go unchecked....cancer and all of that. You can try to take some over the counter Zantac. I suggest 150mm if you really can't afford a statin drug.
I'm studying psychology and would like to see you say, " yeah, I'm bipolar, but that is a very average thing". You can be bipolar and okay. I'm schizophrenic but I really think most of us are a little bit. So there. That is my advice. Good luck little buddy.
