Acid Reflux Nausea After Eating
Feeling sick after I eat meals, any insight?
I'm going through this phase where every time I eat slightly large meals with anything spicy or milky I get extreme heartburn and nausea. I don't know how to prevent it, and it's like an everyday thing now. I'm actually avoiding eating sometimes to not feel sick. I don't think this is due to food choice problems, I'm vegetarian and I eat quite healthily, making sure to get my protein and vitamins. Could I have some lactose problem that phases? Not sure what to think. I had this problem when I was younger... like 13-14 and it came in phases too. It was worse then I got checked out by a doctor several times and they said it was acid reflux... but I looked up acid reflux and It doesn't seem to be what I'm feeling
