Coffee Causing Heartburn

It's NOT LACTOSE !!!!?
Over the past 5 years I have developed the most unusual intolerance to dairy products. After drinking coffee or tea with cream I feel like I have a brick in my stomach for hours, and fairly painful. Drinking milk does the same but followed by violent bowel movement. Eating yougurt gives me instant heartburn. Eating cheese will give me abdominal and intestinal pain, especially if I eat pizza, the pain is excrutiating to the point where I am curled up like a ball on the floor and gasping for air. My doctor told me to try lactose free milk but this made no difference at all. She refered me to a specialist who insisted it was lactose and didn't want to believe that I tried the lactose-free milk. Also, certain brands of coffee cream don't bother me at all (Dairyland is one, and whatever Starbucks uses is no problem) and ice cream is usually fine or will cause very mild heartburn. Anyone have any idea what it could be?????
I have a similar problem as you do. Only some milk products will kill me with cramps, but others I can handle without any problems at all. If I'm going to get cramps from some milk product, it hits me within 30 minutes.
I've just learned through time which ones I can eat and avoid the ones that make me ill.
The worst offenders...
Whole milk
Amy's ice cream
Maggie Moo's ice cream
Heavy whipping cream
Plain yogurt
The ones I can eat without any problems...
2%, or skim milk
Milk containing lactobacillus acidophilus
SoyMilk
Yoplait or Danactive (Activia) yogurt
Haagen Dazs ice cream
BlueBell ice cream (any of the cheap, store ice creams)
ripe cheeses, like camembert, brie, gouda and parmesan
