Constant Nausea And Heartburn

Eating boiled potatoes and carrots every day is harmful?

I have stomach problems, constant nausea, heartburn, indigestion. I am taking a 300mg zantac pill every day, but eventhough the only food that seems to really help my stomach is potatoes and zarrots. I pretty much eat one bolied potato and two organic carrots every day. is it harmful? What's the recommend amount? I've heard that too much vitamin A might turn your skin yellow-orange, so Can it happen to me? What others food are good for releiving the stomach?
