Dark Chocolate And Heartburn

help what is wrong with me! growth spurt need help !!?
okay so im really short, like 5 foot. im having a growth spurt right now, my legs are killing me, and im constantly hungry
the thing is i dont eat much normally, like 1100 calories at the most (im very active though i strength train and jog a ton every day) but im getting really hungry so ive eaten like 1800 calories today, but now ive got really bad heartburn coz ive eaten all that but im still really really hungry!!
am i eating the wrong things? today ive eaten:
breakfast: bowl porridge, blueberries, lindt easter white snack: chocolate rabbit (its easter)
5 small ish chocolate eggs
8 squares dark chocolate
lunch: 1/2 bowl porridge
dinner: baked beans, slice toast, no fat yoghurt
i dont normally eat this badly at all, are these foods causing the heartburn? im still insanely hungry but i cant eat
for the pain in your legs i suggest stretching.
when i go through growth spurts (which is VERY often) i have to stretch out before bed for about 15 minutes. believe me it helps A TON!
as far as the hungry thing... EAT!
you dont have to chow down and become a sumo, but if you are as hungry as you say it is your body's way of telling you that it needs food! when you are growing your body needs energy and you need to put on more weight. try to eat healthy so oyu arent chowing down on too much junk food. also if you just ate and you are still hungry try drinking water. it helps curb your appetite, also i have heard that chewing gum helps too.
