Fatigue Heartburn
Fatigue Heartburn
Do you just miracuously start to feel better after giving birth?

I know you are in pain and uncomfortable from giving birth but I'm really struggling. I am 32 weeks pregnant with my little angel and I have horrible heartburn, stomacheaches, stuffy nose, fatigue( that i know stays lol), etc. Did most of the symptoms you had because you were pregnant go away after you gave birth? I am truly miserable especially now that I have a virus making things come out both ends! Thanks for your answers! Just looking for a little light at the end of the tunnel lol.

I know how you feel, and on the next two months, it gets a bit harder. And yes, you start to feel better almost right away, specially if your baby does not require a c-section to be born!

Other than some Tums for the heartburn and lots of liquids, citrus juice (it is amazing how drinking a lot of plain water helped me have less fatigue), walking at least half an hour every day (unless your doctor is against it for any physical reasons) and sleeping in the right position, there's really not much you can do now...

Once your baby is in your arms, however, you'll find you not only feel better miraculously, but also that you forget how you felt the last few months!

The best of luck!
