Heartburn 2 Weeks Pregnant

29 weeks pregnant afraid of not eating enough?
I use to eat like crazy and now for the last 2 1/2 weeks I haven't been able to eat a whole lot. there are times that I force myself to eat b/c i know that the baby needs to eat. but then I get a really bad belly ache. ohh and I am afraid to eat sometimes b/c I don't want heartburn. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. and what did you do
Relax and listen to your body. Your baby is getting big and taking up space leaving a little room for food. Try eating a meal but break it out into a snack size. Just eat a little at a time. It's totally normal and it will ease up once your body adjusts and then baby will be so big (week 35) that you'll be back to snacking.
Pregnancy Week 18 and Week 19
If you have made it to this point in your pregnancy, give yourself a round of applause! Women who are 18 weeks pregnant have nearly completed half of this process. Another milestone is about to be reached, and mother and baby are continuing to grow and develop. This is natural to women 18 weeks pregnant. However it’s still a good idea to monitor your diet and weight gain. Extreme overeating will produce a larger baby, and extra pounds for mommy to discard after delivery.
During this stage of the journey, consuming carbohydrates is good, within moderation. An expectant mom’s body is trying to play catch up right now. With all of the energy this developing baby requires, she needs to eat choices that help her too.
Babies at this time of development are taking on more normal features. Their ears have fully formed and are functioning. They can now detect sound, especially from the mother and father. Bones have hardened more and nerve connections are being fine tuned. Babies typically have gained weight, and are up to 7 ounces.
Pregnant women are definitely able to differentiate between the times baby is asleep or simply playing around. This movement or play has been characterized by how it is displayed. Moms take opportunities to sleep themselves, when their baby is napping.
At 19 weeks pregnant, expecting mothers often experience the dreaded heartburn. Indigestion is a problem that seems to plague many women at this stage. Taking antacids on a regular basis can help women who are 19 weeks pregnant cruise through this period.
The changes in her body have caused the need to purchase larger clothing or to visit a maternity store. Comfort and fashion can meet in pregnancy. A woman’s uterus is now about even with her belly button. And she may find that she loves this time in her life.
Women have been known to become extremely romantic at this point in pregnancy. They begin to feel more feminine than ever before. After all, they’ve overcome nausea and morning sickness which are the worst parts of pregnancy. Now it’s time to find fun in her new skin!
The babies of women 19 weeks pregnant, have visible eyebrows and scalp lines. Their kidneys are functioning and even producing urine. This baby may even be up to 8 ounces in weight. This is truly a time to celebrate the best of pregnancy, and the changes it has brought about!
