Heartburn After Drinking Alcohol
Anyone know why I always get Heartburn late at night ?
I don't dring coffee...
My diets not great...
I dont drink alcohol...
Its always after 10:30pm...
just a guess, but are you making the evening meal a large meal? Maybe at 7pm, I find it happens to me.
i just put up with it because I like my evening meal.
