I am 27 weeks pregnant, I have heartburn and cramps in my feet?

I also experience urination very often, take medicine for BP which is 140/90 very often. Please advise as to the precautions and preventive measures for safer delivery, Thanks in advance

You need to drink LOTS of fluids. Lemonade (with Splenda sweetener), Water. For your cramps try eating bananas for breakfast, as a snack or as a dessert.
