Heartburn Diarrhea Fatigue
pain in upper abdomen and gurgling noises right after eating?
For the past couple weeks I've been experiencing some awful pain in my upper abdomen. I've already been diagnosed with heartburn in the past. But now every time I eat (no matter what i eat) I get these gurgling liquid noises in my stomach right after eating or even while I'm eating and will get this awful stomach ache and feel sick. Other symptoms include being bloated, gas, burning sensation/pain in upper abdomen, gurgling noises (when I'm not hungry), fatigue, and constipation (but sometimes will get diarrhea out of nowhere). Can anyone tell me what is happening? My mother suggested I may have an ulcer and I'm being tested for food allergies by my DR. but could it be anything else?
