Your are freaking yourself out, and making yourself have those symptoms. You are so young, your period might not be regular enough for it to come once a month. I really don't think you are, but if you had unprotected sex, then there is that chance. You need to go to the doctor or planned parenthood for one of their tests to confirm it for real.

Prevention of Heart Burns

The most common digestive system disorder people experience is heartburn, which is highly associated to acid reflux. Often, many people will encounter heartburn or acid reflux during night time. When this happens, a burning sensation in the chest will be felt. This particular pain is similar to heart attack symptoms.

Heartburn can be treated by using home remedy for acid reflux as one of the methods. Many people choose to go to see their doctor when they find out any kind of symptoms. Yet, not many people immediately think of using a natural way to cure it. You may find that many people still do the same old way of seeing the doctor. That may be because they still don't know what to do when it comes to using natural treatment.

When a person has an anxiety attack one of the main symptoms other than a racing heart beat is chest pain and suffocation. These symptoms along with extreme dizziness, fatigue, headaches, vomiting often leads the patient to call the ambulance and rush immediately to the hospital.

Many times heartburn is mistaken to be a light heart attack. This should not be taken light however; intense heartburn can be a symptom of severe heart problems. Doctors may conduct a series of tests consisting of the Upper Gastrointestinal series. A barium solution is first absorbed by the patient. This solution helps to determine if one is distressed by the esophageal reflux disease. Once digested, multiple x-rays are done.

Following thorough examination, GERD (Gastro- Esophageal Reflux Disease) may be diagnosed.

Fortunately, advancements in medical treatment have been introduced lately, making it possible for individuals with acid reflux to undergo medical surgery, as such, providing a permanent remedy for acid reflux in a fast surgical procedure. On the other hand, acid reflux surgery can be quite expensive; therefore, natural remedies to rid of the problem are an option for those individuals unable to have surgery.

Heartburn is caused when the acidic contents of the stomach are thrown back into the esophagus. These acids of the stomach scorch the esophagus and the patient feels a burning sensation behind his or her breastbone or in the throat. Many times this hot, sour, burning salty fluid regurgitates in our throat resulting in retching.

Children are seldom able to control the retching and most often, start vomiting under such circumstances. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disorder (GERD) or acid reflux heartburn may also bring about varying degrees of pain and difficulty in swallowing. Some might even feel a sensation of foodstuff remaining 'stuck' in the middle of the chest or the throat.

The pain often develops in the chest and may swell to the neck or throat. This is most probable to occur in relation with these activities: after a heavy meal, lifting, bending over, and lying down. Based on one study, about 75% of acid reflux patients experience this symptom at night. These nigh-time patients also tend to experience more harsh pain than those whose symptom occurs at other times.

If you have been diagnosed with acid reflux, you should try preventive medication and treatments to help aid in its cure. One way that can help lessen the occurrences is by changing your lifestyle.
