Can dogs get heartburn?
My lab/pointer mix burps a lot and everytime he burps he smacks his lips. I was just wondering if he was experiencing heartburn and if he is what can I do about it?
I don't feed him human food, at least not very often and he burps all the time. He doesn't appear to be in pain and it doesn't appear to bother him. He its kibbles n'bits from ol' roy. I know not the best kind, but he is very picky and that is the kind he seems to like the best. He's had all his shots and he had a tape worm, but he was given meds for it and it is gone. I was just wondering, because my other dog doesn't do this.
