Heartburn Feeling Sick
Heartburn Feeling Sick
I'm feeling sick after eating junk food what should i do?

Hey guys, okay so i hate a lot of junk food today and it was left over from like 2 days ago, mainly pizza then i also had top ramen heated from last night (EW i know) i took a 3 hour nap and i just woke up and have a really mad stumach ache/ heartburn combo...

i originally felt like throwing up, and i really wanted to, so i could get that nasty feeling out of me, but **this is sick i know** i got that feeling where its like the acid from the food comes to the top of your mouth (you know what i mean) and it just feels like the acids from the food is burning me on the inside...

what should i do to make it BETTER?
i just drank 1/2 cup of organic low fat milk.. idk what other foods would be good to eat?

id prefer to not take medicine so if there are any foods you think i should it, or if you think drinking a ton of water would be good.... just let me know im not sure what would be the best thing to do

thanks so much!!

cheers

The LAST thing you need is more food! Pepto Bismal. I know, I know -- you hate the way it tastes. But it is absolutely the best thing for this type of stomach upset.

Good luck.
