Heartburn For A Week

Negative pregnancy test, but never had heartburn until now?
I have never in my life had heartburn until this week. I have had some upper back pain for the last 2 weeks and then the last 4 days with intense chest pain. My sister suggested it was heartburn and I think she is right, that whole metal mouth thing. Anyways...
I got my period on Feb 8th and then I had unprotected sex on the 14,15,16 of Feb. Took the Plan B pill on the morning of the 15th. I did have 2-3 days of bleeding that started on the 22nd. I read this is pretty normal with Plan B.
So I haven't gotten my period yet, (although my cycle isn't normal) and just took a HPT which was of course negative! I don't get why I have had this horrible heartburn and been pretty tired. Do you think I tested too early? Why would I suddenly get heartburn? I don't do most that things that trigger heartburn, but I know the chances of me being prego are probably slim. ANY IDEAS???
Go to the doctor.
You can get your pregnancy risk evaluated there (although it may be too early to tell definitively), as well as your heart burn checked out.
Also, please get on a consistent form of birth control. There are lots of options. Plan B shouldn't be your Plan A.
