Heartburn Heart Attack Symptoms

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from heartburn and upper back pain.these things really scares me?

Please help me! i really don't know what to do. its been a month since i have experienced these kinds of symptoms, i know maybe it's usual to a pregnant woman but I have a hard time coping with these things. almost every hour everyday i experience heartburn with burning sensation on my chest up to my upper back that causes pain. Also when i started to feel heartburn i feel dizziness, shortness of breathe, fatigue and nausea, even if i do not eat i experience heartburn but most of the time right after i eat then i vomit to ease the pain from my stomach and chest, then after maybe 3 minutes i am going to experience heartburn again. It's really annoying, I can't have a decent sleep at night also i am very stress with all of these.

I read some articles about heartburn i don't know if all these symptoms may lead to heart attack. i am really scared. i am only 21 years old and not too fat lady. anyone who has experienced the same? please help me... : (

Dont worry it wont lead to a heart attack. The dizziness and fatigue is normal and could be made worst by not getting enough fluid. You need to watch and make sure you dont get dehydrated because that can make all these symptoms worst. The shortness of breath can be from your heartburn or from the anxiety your getting from the heartburn. If your heartburn is that bad and tums are helping then speak to your Dr about it and they can give you something to help. Its totally safe for baby to take the meds the Dr will give you.

Also try 8 oz glass of milk before bed. It normally will coat your stomach and neutralize the acids in your stomach. It will also help to reduce the acids your stomach is making. That will calm the heartburn but make sure you dont drink to much milk or that can make you sick as well. So just around a glass or 8 oz.

The bad news is that these things only get worst as pregnancy progresses so you need to speak to your Dr or find something to help you with it now. Make sure you eat small meals and a snack or two a day that way your not over eating and causing more issues for your stomach. Over eating can cause heartburn as well. Remember as baby grows the less room you will have for your stomach.
