Heartburn Heart Palpitations
Could heartburn problems be caused by weight from large breasts?
I have been having severe heartburn for the past 10 months. I have completely given up all pop, chocolate, tomato and everything else that would cause heartburn. I dont eat anytime near bed and I take 80mg of protonix a day (double dose) and sometimes have to take liquid Maalox before bed to prevent heart palpitations.
I have noticed that the underwire from my bra causes an indent right at the top of my stomach. Would this be a cause for severe heartburn? I obviously have no way around this unless I have reduction surgery.
By the way I've seen a gastro dr, had 2 barium swallow xray studies, ultrasound and several other diagnostic tests and they found absolutely nothing wrong. I have NOT had an upper endoscope yet because of my extreme fear for "surgical procedure" and anesthia (sp).
This is nothing but a pure case of acid reflux. My mom had already gone through this process. She had a fear of surgery too..But she was not able to get rid of this problem for almost one year.
A lot of doctor prescribed her ...but she never felt good, rather she complaint more and more. Finally a doctor of my friend who told her some home remedy and yoga for acid reflux and weight loss.
That help her tremendously ..now she is absolutely fine..and there is no complaint for last 2 yrs...
Just follow few things ::
1> Regularly try to consume 4-5 ltr of water daily in a constant basis.
2> Once you get up in the morning try to drink a stomach full of water.
3> Morning walk for 30 minutes.
4> Never drink water immediately after your meal.
5>Consume some raw ginger in your diet.

and there is a lot of thing you need to take care (i have to talk with my mom he he he..)
Hope you will get well soon...
