Heartburn Not Going Away

Pains on both ovaries?
I'm getting random pains, they're mild and dull, but I get them more on my right side, then it just turns to both sides the same way, right on my ovaries. If this helps, my "period" was ONLY for 3 1/2 days. I took two tests and they came out negative. My next period is this Saturday, but not only have I been getting the cramps, my face is breaking out, as well is my neck, and I get somewhat nauseous right after I eat, turns into heartburn, then goes away. I've been mood swingy....so does anyone have anything similar, because I'm TTC for 2 months....feels like forever...please help me...thanks ![]()
um....it's NOT an infection...and just for the record, I NEVER cramp before my period....this has been happening since last week, and I think my doctor would've pointed that out if it WAS an infection....
im also bloating as well...lol
