Heartburn Peppermint
i have never been able to burp and dont know what to do?
im 22 and for as long as i can remember i have never been able to burp and have continuously suffered with problems such as being bloated all the time, throwing up, chest pressure, trapped wind, heartburn and a garggling noise in my throat from gas trying to escape.
my doctor didnt seem to bothered and just sent me away with peppermint pills, so now i have no idea what to do as this is quite hard to live with.
my mum said when i was a baby she used to burp me and i was fine then was just as i got older!
anyone else suffered with this or know what i can do?
it does actually affect my life as i throw up alot, constantly have trapped gas and am always extemely uncomfortable!
drinkin soda makes it worse
