Heartburn Tea
How do you get rid of a heartburn?
Without medicine.
My heartburn is kinda like a 7.5 out of a scale 1-10.
It's trying to come up. [mine comes up like throw up [a small amount], but after it comes up it burns my throat for a while.]
Im chewing peppermint gum, but it's not helping all that well.
and i dont have tea.
As weird as it sounds, try a tablespoon of vinegar. The acid in the vinegar will signal your stomach acids to shut down. This works every time for me.
