Heartburn With Chest Pain
Heartburn With Chest Pain
One sharp chest pain with tightness on my head?

I can tell the difference between heartburn vs chest pain, but with that sharp (1 sec) chest pain, I can feel the knot in my heart when it beats. I have a tightness on my head when I was asleep. I dreamt my chest being sore when trying to breath or expand my lungs. Than it went away when I woke up in the middle of the night (3am).

I wanted to confirm if this has to do with being stressed or the anxiety I'm having? Ill put a thumb down if you say "See a doctor!" because I have seen a doctor and they told me my heart is in an excellent condition, but told me it was the stress.

Im 37
6 ft
200 lbs
eat light meals daily
non-smoker
walk/jog 5 days a week.
Cholesterol = 149

Thanks!

Are you on any drugs or pills? Cos some like sumatriptan and other serotonin analogues (usually taken for headaches n cluster headaches) have a side effect of tightness in the chest and tiredness.. So i guess it must be drug related but then if you aren't on any drugs? then I'd suggest to check a doctor cos u might have vasculitis.. No worries vasculitis is completely treatable.. Other possible differential diagnosis would be early asthma[ cos u said u have to take a deep breath at nights], early heart failure[hopefully not].. good that you don't smoke but are you a teetotaler? also had any recent infections? any rashes? well its better to SEE A DOCTOR and tell him the detailed history so that he can take care of you... [thumbs down hey??]
