Heartburn Worse When Sitting

When should i go on maternity leave?
I work at a real estate company and im basically sitting down on the phone and on the computer 8 hours a day so I thought I should not go on maternity leave till my due date (Oct 23) but lately ive been soooooo tired. I get no sleep at night which makes me super exahusted during the day, I get really bad headaches and I get terrible heartburn/acid reflux my feet get sooo swollen and they hurt really bad when I walk. Also my schedule is 6am-2:30pm and then 7am-3:30pm so its super hard to have energy when I only get like 3 hours a sleep a day! What should I do? Should I change to part time till I get closer to my due date? Or go on maternity leave early?
If you qualify for FMLA and as long as your Dr will sign the papers that allow you to go on Maternity leave, you can go anytime you wish. (or go to part time) Just keep in mind that if you don't have short term disability benefits or personal time, that you won't be getting paid during your time off and if you have insurance, you will have to pay your insurance premiums out of pocket as well while you are off. As long as your Dr will sign the papers and you can afford it then go ahead. If not, you might want to try to tough it out
