I Have Heartburn Every Day
recurring heartburn after wine?
Im 21 years old - i recently had lots of wine for the first time.
ever since, i have had recurring heartburn every single day at random intervals throughout the day.
Any suggestions?
First...avoid drinking to excess. It sounds like acid reflux.
Second...milk, especially buttermilk will help - it coats the throat and helps to neutralize the acid.
If you're not used to drinking, alcohol consumption can lead to a sour stomach, which can lead to acid reflux.
An antacid could help too.
