Is Heartburn Dangerous
are too many rennies tablets dangerous?
I have got into the habit of taking a rennies every time i get mild heartburn, my boyfriend thinks im addicted to them, i usually have about 1 or 2 a day every day but upto 6 some days.
are there dangers with prolonged use?
I used to take lots of rennies. The real question is:- What is causing my stomach upsets in the first place?
In my case the answer was drinking too much alcohol and eating too much fatty food. It was an inconvenient truth as I enjoy beer and fatty foods a lot. But, now I have severely cut down, I dont particularly suffer bad stomach anymore. And to be honest when I do drink, it is more enjoyable now as it is a treat.
I dont know what causes yours, but it deserves some investigation.
