vegatarian question.?
i have been a vegatarian for over 2 weeks.
i never ate a lot of meat in the first place so
it wasn't that hard for me. but today i passed out
in the shower and my mom thinks its because a lack of protien. i don't know why i did but it hurt (:

im not sure why... because of being a vegatarian? i hope not because im not going to give in. but anyways for anyone who is or knows alot of things about vegatarians ( im not a vegan) what are some things that i can eat for a VERY good source of protien. Sweetie, you need to go see your doctor. None of us can tell you what is wrong, but being a vegetarian for 2 weeks would not do this to anyone. I'm wondering if your anemic (low Iron), since you said you never ate much meat before becoming a vegetarian. Eating a healthy vegetarian diet will get you healthy again, but it's gonna take some time.
