Severe Heartburn And Pregnancy
weird pregnancy symptoms?
i have been having severe heartburn lately and my husband swears im pregnant.i went to the doctor and they gave me a urine test and it came negative so they perscribed me some strong medicine.im 5 days late and my deodorant doesnt work anymore and the perfume that ive ALWAYS loved stinks to me now.what do you think?is that weird?
Hmm, wow - that sounds an awful lot of what my morning sickness was like - things that once smelled good, I could no longer tolerate (I made my husband quit wearing his deodorant, change furniture polish, and dish soaps because of this).
I would give it another week to two weeks and retest again if you haven't got your period. I'm not sure you are pregnant though, but the smelling factor kind of clues me in. Is it making you nauseus?
If you get a negative result in the next week or two, and still no period, talk to your doctor again.
It might be some kind of side effect from your medication also.
