Iv had constant heartburn for months? im on a really strict diet, could it be causing this?

So... i have had constant heartburn for months now.. and its really weird. iv been on a strict diet for the last two years of only eating raw fruits, veggies, and meat because all dairy products and bread make me sick because i have candida.
A couple months ago, my grandpa died this really tragic death, and i didn't eat much meat for two weeks because the stress made me sick. iv had heartburb ever since. any ideas?
