Sudden Frequent Heartburn

False pregnancy results?

Me and my bf had sex a day before i started to ovulate. He only pre-ejaculated but i heard you can get pregnant off of that. I never thought that i could be pregnant until last week Thursday night, a sudden nausea rush feeling came over me. Its been off and on ever since. Then i remembered before the nausea, i have been going to bed earlier then usual and sleepy&tired more a lot. I have been waken up every morning at 4:30am. I have been haven frequent headaches, heartburn, hungry more often, and diarrhea(i think). My period came on last month on Jan.7th.09 so I'm guessing its suppose to come this week Friday on the 7th. I just tested and it came out negative...I'm anxious to know though. I recently had a miscarriage last year.

It's still a little too early to test. I would wait until you've missed your period to test. That's when you'll get the most accurate result. Plus take it first thing in the morning since that contains the most hormone. Good luck

A Reflux Diet – An Easy Way To Prevent That Unpleasant Heartburn Sensation

Who doesn’t love to eat food? I bet all of us do. But not when one is experiencing sudden and frequent heartburn sensations in the stomach and the throat. Do you know what it is and how a reflux diet can help prevent this situation?

This condition is technically known as Acid Reflux Disease and is getting more and more common due to the incorrect eating and living habits that many of us happen to have.

Eating a lot of fatty and acidic foods, especially near the bedtime is one major reason for causing this condition. However, a reflux diet can help here and prevent you from getting this unpleasant sensation.

What is a reflux diet by the way?

It is a diet comprising food items which help in avoiding the conditions which cause acid reflux. Now what are those conditions?

- Excess production of acid - this is caused due to over consumption of acidic food items including citrus fruits and juices which add up to the acid present in the stomach and thus exacerbate the whole situation.

- Excess pressure in the stomach – this is caused mainly by the fatty food items which are difficult to digest and have to stay in the stomach for a longer duration. While being there, they create excessive pressure in it and cause the muscular ring between the stomach and food pipe to relax; thus creating an opening for the acid to rush up from the stomach into the food pipe.

An acid reflux diet helps in reducing these conditions and additionally ensures a proper digestion too. It mainly comprise of:

1. Low fat meat products. If you love meat, you can still enjoy it provided you choose one which has low fat like that of fish, turkey and chicken.

2. Non citrus drinks. Avoid citrus fruits and juices. In beverages, prefer water, juices of non-citrus fruits, herbal tea etc.

3. Low fat milk products. There are various options – you can choose 1-2% low fat milk or skim milk, fat free yoghurt etc. to enjoy these items while keeping the acid reflux condition in control.

4. Low fat sweets. For your sweet tooth, prefer desserts having lesser amount of fats.

5. Raw vegetables. Any vegetable other than brussels sprouts, onions, cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage should do.

A reflux diet thus lets you enjoy the food you love but yes, it imposes a few restrictions on what to eat and what not to.

You can choose to completely bypass these restrictions, by depending on a solution better than a reflux diet. It is a complete and permanent solution to your acid reflux problem. Want to know what it is? Visit my website listed below. It has all the information you need to know.
