Suddenly Getting Heartburn
What's with this upper abdominal pain?
Lately I've been having pain in my abdomen that feels like there is a belt or rope cinched too tight around my waist, no matter what I'm wearing. It starts pretty suddenly, almost like heartburn would, but I can't think of anything that's causing it. I was thinking it could be a food allergy or something, but my back hurts as well on the same 'level', which is why it feels like a belt... and it stops without warning as well. I've taken antacid to try and get rid of it before, but I don't think it helped. It just goes away without explanation like an hour or two later. I'm sort of freaked out this is going to happen to me at school, because when this happens I can't stand or sit because it is too painful. I have to lay on the couch with a pillow under the small of my back.
I'm sure this is long and confusing, but I'm confused :/
