i never usually have heartburn. i have it like once in a blue moon. but in the last week i have had it like constant and its really annoying me and ive never had it as much before. what is causing it and how do i stop it coming every night.
2 days i woke up every hour at night coz it was so bad.

Don't eat and go to sleep straight away.
