The Heartburns
Sweetner linked to heartburns?
I have been substituting sugar for sweetner now, and sometimes after having something with sweetner, 2 hours later I start getting heartburns.
Is it because of the sweetner?
Right now im feeling some heartburns, and for breakfast I had a bowl of all bran flakes with sweetner, is it the cereal and milk combo?
In my opinion you are having allergy to sweetner, which is of synthetic origin, most people have this allergy from anyone of those artificial sweetners, which is accompanied by heart burn.
Take antacid e.g yogurt and a teaspoon of benadryl you will be alright.
