Tightness In Chest Heartburn
37 weeks today woop woop but...........?
i am experiecning tightness in my chest when i breathe in, i had really bad heartburn during the night the worse ive had all pregnancy so i dont know if it could be related to that. any ideas???? its not painful just uncomfortable as if some one is pressing on my chest when i breathe in
The baby is pushing up as it grows and your lungs get quite compressed towards the end of pregnancy. Try not to lie on your back if you can when you sleep, on your side with a pillow between your knees is usually comfy. Eat small meals and not too late at night if you find the heartburn is worse then. You can take Gaviscon or similar if its a problem. Best of luck, nearly there now
