What Does Frequent Heartburn Mean
How do you know if the baby actually dropped or not?
I am 37 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Last night I was lying in bed on my side watching T.V. when I felt the strangest sensation in my stomach. It literally felt like something dropped in my stomach. I got up and walked to the bathroom (well waddled is more like it) and looked in the mirror. My stomach did look a little different but not too much.
Today, my heartburn (which has been terrible for the last 3 months or so) seems better. I am not urinating more because I have frequent urination the whole pregnancy.
So, did my baby actually drop or did he just move weird? And if he did drop what does that really mean? At my OB appointment yesterday (before I felt the drop) my doctor said I have not started dilating at all yet.
I am so confused!
